Wedding Bells

Hey Folks
I know, 3 posts in one week - what's going on?! This is a quick post to share the creations that we'll be making in my wedding class tomorrow.
We're making 2 favours, 2 invitations (complete with reply cards) and a wedding card to send to the happy couple.  I've stuck with a very basic colour palette - Elegant Eggplant and Very Vanilla and I used the 'Mr & Mrs' and 'Tiny Tags' stamp sets and I have to say I LOVE the result!

Well, that's all for today, i'll be back soon with some more projects.

Busy Busy Busy

Hey folks, well I may have been absent for the last couple of weeks, but that doesn't mean that I haven't been crafty.  Last week I was busy making 30 Christmas swaps for our team training event in Peterborough. Suffice to say, my craft room is now doused in glitter, and I'm still looking somewhat like a sparkly pixie :)  Here's a piccie of the offending swaps, using SU's 'Serene Snowflakes' with a mixture of heat and stick powder and dazzling diamonds glitter.  I just love the tiny tags set too!

Tonight I need to finish off the instructions and making up the class kits for my forthcoming July class where we'll be making some wedding stationery and cards using the 'Mr  & Mrs' and 'Tiny Tags' stamp sets, the forever flowers wheel and the beautiful bridesmaid designer papers.  If you fancy joining us, the next class will be Saturday 24th July from 1pm-4pm, email me to book your place. I'll be back tomorrow with pictures of the class projects.

Until then, have a great evening!

Happy Birthday Mum!

Hey Folks, well we're once again half way through the week, and I don't quite know where time is going to! My mum celebrated her birthday last Tuesday, and last-minute.com I was making her card, before heading out for a family meal.  I played with one of the new SU colours, Rich Razzleberry (one of my favourites so far) and the vintage vogue stamp set, and this is what I came up with.

It's been a busy couple of weeks, with preparation for a craft fayre last Saturday, and making swaps for our team training in Peterborough on the Sunday (piccies to follow). This week I need to finish preparing for my class this coming Saturday, and finally I have a couple of design team challenge cards to complete and upload - so hopefully lots more crafty pictures to come soon!

Until the next installment, have a fab week!
