Have a cracking weekend!

Well, that's it, work is over for the week and it's officially the weekend! just a quick post to show you the projects that we'll be making at class tomorrow  We're making three cards and a cute egg-shaped Easter basket using the 'A Good Egg' stamp set and the springtime colours in the Nursery Suite designer papers.

So in a little more detail, we'll be making a twisted easel
 A 'spring' card

a flowerpot card
and the egg-shaped basket which will hold some cream eggs (assuming I haven't eaten them in the meantime)

The kit list for those attending class and wishing to bring their own tools can be found here. This evening I'm busy helping to make birthday party invites for my little friend Lydia - then I'm itching to get playing with my pre-order from the NEW MINI catalogue, which launches next Friday. If you'd like a copy then be sure to email me and I'll post one out to you.

Tuesday already??

Afternoon all, I’m not too sure how a week and a half has passed since my last post! Things have been somewhat hectic what with preparing swaps for the Stampin’ Up! regional training, designing classes and playing with some new products that have arrived recently, which unfortunately I can’t share with you yet. I do however have some sneak peeks of my forthcoming March class – Easter Egg-stravaganza which features the ‘A Good Egg’ stamp set. There are still a few spaces for the next class, which runs on Saturday 26th March from 1-4pm.
eggstravaganza
If you’d like to join us then please email me to reserve your place.
That’s all for now – I’ll be back later in the week to share some of the creations we were making at the weekend. In the meantime I’m off to finish making some decorations for our stall at the Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza at Harrogate this weekend, if you’re visiting the show then be sure to pop by and say hi & sign up for the make & take.

Happy Thursday!

Morning!
well it's Thursday for most, but effectively Friday for me as I'm on leave tomorrow (unfortunately to see the dentist) but then I'm going to see my friend Val and her lovely twin girls, so the day should improve massively!! A big box of Stampin' Up goodies is about to arrive, so that'll need dividing into orders too, but then it'll be a chance to play with some stash and hopefully come up with some ideas for my next class - that way I can provide you all with sneak peeks next week. I'm gradually crossing things off my to-do list, fortunately my 50(!) swaps for Sunday's training session are nowready to go, though I must remember to get a piccie of them before then. But in the meantime, here are the remainder of my challenge entries for this month's design team. Karin challenged us to use fabic (and that didnt include ribbon), so I dug out my favor dies from PTI and had a play with some felt that was languishing in my cupboard - I just need to find some easter eggs to fit it now, and that's one project ready!

and then finally for this month was the sketch challenge, which was a door hanger. I changed the template slightly to create a treat pouch, and then used the nursery suite papers with 'A Good Egg' to create an Easter treat holder - perfect for my little friends next door.
well, that's all for now folks, I'm off to locate some bleach for use in my next project....but I'll be back on Monday to show you some piccies of the swaps from training. Have a great weekend
